By far one of the best clinics I have been to. My great auntie had an appointment and I accompanied her there. When we arrived we were welcomed by a lovely lady at the front desk with funky hair. I believe her name was Jess. Jess was very helpful super kind and patient with all my aunties questions.

I have have three pairs of dentures made and adjusted there (one by Craigs dad and two by Craig) and referred a family member and both myself and the other person are totally satisfied and happy with the service. Great environment and people very professional and friendly. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.

My appointment was last January 14, at Bonnie Doon Denture Clinic was truly a blessing.
I originally planned to get new dentures because my primary benefit insurance will end in February. I hoped my remaining benefits (about $1,600) plus Blue Cross (around $1,400) would fully cover the cost. When I learned my partial denture would total about $3,600, I felt discouraged, especially since I’m currently laid off.
Mac was incredibly kind and understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and even spoke to her boss on my behalf. In the end, they generously waived the remaining balance, allowing me to proceed using only my two benefit insurances. I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket, and I am deeply grateful for their compassion and support during a difficult time.
I was also very impressed with their new 3D scanning technology I guess no more messy clay impressions!

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a Denture Clinic!
The lobby is warm and inviting. The inner clinic rooms are very clean with a decor of soft soothing colors, with the added touches of fun art and plants.
The receptionist, Jess, is extremely friendly and helpful!! Jonathan, my doctor was amazing!! He was warm and personable and I was impressed with his knowledge of not only the field but of the numerous services offered.
I was also impressed by how thorough Jonathan was when taking the measurements for my dentures!! The results were an amazing fit.
I did need a minor adjustment. Jonathan listened to my concerns and made the adjustment in a matter of minutes.
My dentures are amazing!

I stumbled upon this place entirely by chance. Initially, I had scheduled an appointment at a different location. When I arrived, I realized I was in the wrong building, and to make matters worse, my phone had run out of battery. Fortunately, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and looked up the correct place for me. However, I quickly realized there was no way I could make it to my original appointment on time.
Since I was already at the office, I inquired if there were any available slots for me. To my relief, they were able to accommodate me right away. I was a bit anxious about my current situation, as I rely on income support, and I was concerned about what would be covered and any potential complications. However, they took care of everything for me. Ultimately, I decided to go with instant dentures, which thankfully were covered by my plan.
From my initial visit to the actual procedure (at Twilight Dental), the entire process took less than a month. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly, and their welcoming atmosphere made me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door.

This place is ny far the most friendliest happy place to go . I was so young starting this adventure and I wouldn't have the smile I have today without their team . Always smiles and great atmosphere. Jessie is always super energetic . Makes you feel at home .

Bonnie Doom Denture Clinic came highly recommended from a family member, and this being my first time getting partials I was not sure what to expect. From first time walking in, Jessie with here great personality made me feel very comfortable. Meeting Craig was a very positive experience as he stepped through the entire process and expectations. Since acquiring my partials I have been back a couple of times with a warm welcome from Jessie and Craig. Along with making me feel welcome the quality of the work from my visits was outstanding. Truly a team that cares about their patients and level of care they provide is second none.

Taking my father to Bonnie Doon Denture Clinic was the best decision. I was worried about the process, but the staff was outstanding. They treated my dad with so much dignity and kindness, explaining everything clearly to both of us. McKinnon is fantastic true expert—super professional and skilled also Jess she is awesome and very helpful. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. 10/10 recommend for any family member. I can’t recommend Bonnie Doom Denture Clinic highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely comfortable and cared for. Jess was absolutely amazing – friendly, professional, and so patient throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my dentures fit perfectly. I have been to Bonnie Doon Denture Clinic twice now. I chose them as I wanted a denturist clinic that was located close to me that was easy to get to using city transit for one; and two, I chose them based on their positive ratings.
From firsthand experience, I can confidently recommend them to anyone who is needing partials like myself, or dentures. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you are warmly greeted by their front desk girl Jessica and you are made to feel like you are a welcomed client. Simply fill out a medical form with your personal information and provide them with your insurance provider details. That's it!
I also appreciate that they provide a water cooler in the waiting room, and it's a homey feeling space complete with nice paintings in there and on the walls of the clinic. Outside the clinic in this little seating area on the same floor are two comfortable leather chairs and a round table, if you arrive early and just wanna hang for a few minutes. There are public washrooms in the hallway as well.
I saw Dr. Jonathan Shapka, and he has this very modern dental type device that measures your teeth all the way around, to ensure that your partials will fit securely and comfortably. He too is kind and friendly and will make you feel at ease. And I'm happy to say that my two partials DO fit me very well and are comfortable to wear. I had to have both an upper and lower extraction performed earlier this past summer at my dentist clinic downtown, and I wasn't happy to have these two gaps in my teeth, even if you can't really see them. It just helps to have that extra boost of confidence in your smile.
Then just yesterday I had an appointment to have my two partials fitted and Dr Shapka showed me how to put them in myself using a mirror, and sent me home with a 'kit' or a bag with instructions, containers to put them in, packets of denture cleaner, a brush to clean the partials, and even a 'tropical smoothie' lip balm! : )
Consider contacting Bonnie Doon Denture Clinic if you live on the south side of the city and are in need of partials or dentures. They are located in Bonnie Doon Mall. The #4 Capilano bus takes you there, get off at the Petro Canada station, then it's best to walk down to the malls south entrance and then just a short walk going north until you reach the Bonnie Doon Bowling Lane sign. There is both an elevator and a set of stairs that will take you up to the 2nd floor just to the left of the bowling lanes sign. The clinic's door is on the right, so you see it immediately.

Jessie, your professionalism and assistance to me makes you one of the best receptionist in an office. Melissa, you provided a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued as a customer.
